How Can severe Join Pain In The Fingers And Toe Be Treated?

I have bad joint pain and had one finger fused and a new joint put in my pinky s. Plus have two screws in my big toe. I run a printing press use my hands a lot and on my feet for over 12 hours a day. I just can not get any relief !!! My doctor gives me IP-600 and it does not help me.

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedic and get evaluated.
